Anita Mahal Managing Director (MD)
Extensive experience as Managing Director in all aspects of branded content including TV campaigns for high profile brands including Citroen, P & G, Unilever, Vodafone. Anita worked as a Head of TV in the top 10 ad agencies before forming her own successful production company. She has produced large and small budget commercials working directly with the best creatives in advertising.
Highly experienced in all aspects of film industry practices including new business, strategy and business plans. Respected in the industry for representing well known Hollywood directors as well as launching new talent. The wide range of experience evolved working direct with clients liaising with senior stakeholders.
Bringing her wealth of experience Anita joins XB Media House as Business Innovation Director representing award winning FPV cinematographer pilots to work directly with brands as well as collaborating with ad agencies and production companies.
John McGarty MD Exec Producer USA
Adding to the built-in cache of XBlades Media House is John McGarty, Executive Producer. John brings over 20 years of industry experience and insight. Before joining XBlades Media House, he served as the Executive Producer at Minted Content where he helped found and build the company into a full scale media production entity that is still thriving today. Prior to Minted Content, he served as the Director of Live Action Production at CP+B / Plus Productions where he took an internal small scale production department of an advertising agency and transformed it into a full scale stand-alone production company under the MDC Partners holding company banner. He has also held posts at top-level production companies, from Hungry Man to MJZ. Along the way, he has developed and produced television commercials & promos, branded content, short films, feature film promos, and television episodes. Past clients include Netflix, Apple, Turner Classic Movies, Adidas, CNN, Infiniti, Activision, 20th Century Fox Studios, and many more. John has built a reputation for developing optimal strategies to convert premium concepts into cinematic content.
Jasmine De Aragues Project Manager
Raised in Brixton. Educated on the Côte D’Azur, surrounded by both the film & drone worlds. Invigorated by high pressure environments, with an acknowledged ability to communicate (and mediate!) between people with diverse opinions and backgrounds.
Production assistant for XBlades Media since 2016, with a background working in both the events & entertainment industry. Worked for Polar Black, organising high profile events for luxury brands such as LVMH; Mont Blanc; Veuve Clicquot; Bvlgari and GOOP. Left the event management world to work in areas where art, technology and business collide.
Project manager for XBlades Media House at the end of 2019, have done work with the likes of Universal films, organising production of a multi-national ad campaign, Vodafone & Goodwood. Currently completing a Video editing & Graphic Design qualification.
Nathan Perry-Greene Editor 13editing
Nathan Perry-Greene studied Graphic Design & Art at The London College of Print. He has taken his inspiration and knowledge to become an award winning Editor. Nathan’s Pot Noodle ‘Tipping Pot’ advert won a Creative Circle Award and an APA Top 50 Collection Crystal. He has also been awarded the ‘Rushes Soho Shorts Award’ for his work on ‘Worship’. Nathan has edited memorable campaigns for Hugo Boss, BMW, Galaxy, O2 and Reebok and has real expertise across sport, fashion, beauty and automotive.
